No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances except in the following cases:

The item was damaged during delivery

The item received is different from what was ordered
If one of these two cases applies, you must contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue
We do not accept requests made after 24 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

Or different from what you ordered
You must contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will review the case and, if approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

No cash refunds will be issued.
Conditions for Approval
To be eligible for a replacement or exchange:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

The item must be in its original packaging

The issue must be clearly visible in photos or videos sent via WhatsApp
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Promotional items

Gift cards

Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear

Any item where the issue was not reported within 24 hours
