Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume, promotions, or unexpected delays, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, customers will be notified via WhatsApp.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Courier company operations

  • Weather conditions

  • Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Lebanon only.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp from the courier or our team.

Tracking availability depends on the courier used.

Delivery Delays

Reliefpilatesstudio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Weather conditions

  • Road conditions

  • Customs or security checks

  • Events outside our control

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you or deliver the package due to:

  • No answer

  • Wrong phone number

  • Incorrect address

The order may be cancelled or returned to us, and no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos.

Such cases will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
